These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through www.sirwaggington.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

2. Scope & Eligibility

These Terms apply to all sales concluded between Sir Waggington ("we", "us", "our") and individual consumers ("you", "the Customer") purchasing products for personal, non-commercial use through our website.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are purchasing for personal, non-commercial use
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed by professional buyers or resellers purchasing in commercial quantities.

3. Our Products

Sir Waggington offers a curated range of premium dog accessories, including beds, blankets, sofa protectors, and related premium accessories.

All product descriptions, images, and specifications displayed on our website are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings and product photography. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

We encourage you to read the full product description before placing your order. The selection and purchase of any product is your responsibility.

4. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you promptly and offer either a full refund or an alternative product of equivalent value.

5. Placing an Order

5.1 Order process — To place an order, select your desired product(s), add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will have the opportunity to review your order, correct any errors, and confirm your details before submitting.

Your order is confirmed when you receive an email confirmation from us. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract between you and Sir Waggington.

5.2 Order limits — To ensure fair access for all customers, orders are limited to a maximum of 5 units of the same product. If you wish to order larger quantities, please contact us at support@sirwaggington.com prior to placing your order.

5.3 Order modifications — You may request to modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To request a modification, contact us immediately at support@sirwaggington.com. We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered the fulfilment process.

5.4 Order cancellations — You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase at no charge, provided it has not yet been dispatched. After dispatch, your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 applies — see Section 8.

6. Pricing & Payment

6.1 Prices — All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

6.2 Payment methods — We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Shop Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. All transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology and processed in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

6.3 Payment timing — Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. Your order will not be processed until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 Shipping options — We offer two shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping — Free — Tracked delivery
  • Premium Shipping — £4.99 — Tracked + insured against loss and damage

We strongly recommend Premium Shipping for high-value orders or during peak periods.

7.2 Delivery timeframes — All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Estimated delivery to UK addresses is 6-12 working days from dispatch.

Please note that delivery timeframes may be extended during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and UK public holidays. We will always communicate any significant delays.

7.3 Shipping origins — Our products are dispatched from multiple locations depending on the item ordered — including the United Kingdom, Germany, and China. The shipping origin does not affect your consumer rights, the quality of the product, or the estimated delivery window stated above.

Important — Customs & Duties: All applicable customs duties and import fees for deliveries to the United Kingdom are covered by Sir Waggington (Delivered Duty Paid — DDP). You will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.

7.4 Tracking — Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time.

7.5 Delivery issues — If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at support@sirwaggington.com and we will investigate immediately.

If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer either a full replacement or a complete refund — at your choice.

8. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing any reason.

However, as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we extend this right to 30 days from the date of delivery.

To exercise your right to cancel, please notify us at support@sirwaggington.com within the applicable period. We will respond within 48 hours with further instructions.

9. Returns & Refunds

9.1 Our returns policy — We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, in accordance with and exceeding your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sirwaggington.com before sending any item back. We will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.

9.2 Return conditions — To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

9.3 Defective or incorrect items — If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@sirwaggington.com within 30 days of delivery. Where possible, please include photographs of the issue.

In such cases, we will offer — at our discretion and your preference — either:

  • A full refund (without requiring the item to be returned), or
  • A free replacement

9.4 Return shipping costs — Return shipping costs are covered by Sir Waggington in all circumstances. You will not be charged for returning any item.

9.5 Refund processing — Once your return has been approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.

10. Warranties & Guarantees

10.1 Statutory rights — All products sold by Sir Waggington are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

10.2 Commercial guarantee — In addition to your statutory rights, Sir Waggington offers a 12-month commercial guarantee on all products from the date of delivery. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects and faults not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

To make a guarantee claim, contact us at support@sirwaggington.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will assess your claim and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

This commercial guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sir Waggington shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of our products
  • Loss or damage arising from misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow product instructions
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (see Section 12)

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, carrier disruptions, or extreme weather events.

In such circumstances, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and work to minimise any impact on your order.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on www.sirwaggington.com — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Sir Waggington / PRZ Capital LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.sirwaggington.com/privacy-policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

15.1 Governing law — These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. As a UK consumer, you benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regardless of where Sir Waggington is incorporated.

15.2 Dispute resolution — In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at support@sirwaggington.com. We will do our best to resolve your concern promptly and fairly.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, you may refer your dispute to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. Further information on ADR options is available from the Citizens Advice Bureau at www.citizensadvice.org.uk.

15.3 Online dispute resolution — The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for consumers wishing to resolve disputes online.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The Terms applicable to your order are those in force at the time your order is placed.
